Congratulations to the STMM Chess Team.
They won the 2008 STMM Chess Tournament hosted here on Sat., March 15. This is the fifth year in a row that STMM has taken the title although we barely won. Sacred Heart Cathedral continues to challenge us and this year we won the tournament by only two points. Seven diocesan Catholic Schools and one home-school group from Raleigh and Cary competed for a total of 117 students participating in the tournament.
