Millbrook Exchange Park (Gym)
location: 1905 Spring Forest Rd., 27615 (919-872-4156)
From SRCS: Turn right onto North Bend.
At light, make a left on Falls of the Neuse
Turn right on Spring Forest Road.
About 0.7 mile, turn left into "Exchange Park" -- the exit is after the fire station. 
Drive 0.2 miles and park in the lot to right before the gym.
From I-440: Take the Wake Forest Road Exit (Exit 10)
and head north.  Stay on Wake Forest as it converges into Falls of the Neuse Rd.
Drive north to Spring Forest Rd.
Turn right  at the light (onto Spring Forest Rd).
About 0.7 mile, turn left into "Exchange Park" -- the exit is after the fire station. 
Drive 0.2 miles and park in the lot to right before the gym.
From I-540: take the Falls of the Neuse exit (Exit 14),
and head South on Falls of the Neuse Rd.
Drive south 2.6 miles.
Turn left at light onto Spring Forest.
About 0.7 mile, turn left into "Exchange Park" -- the exit is after the fire station. 
Drive 0.2 miles and park in the lot to right before the gym.
