From I-440: Take the Wake Forest Road Exit (Exit 10)
and head north. 
Turn right on New Hope Church Rd.
About 1 mile, turn left on Green Rd.
About 0.2 mile turn left into Green Road Center.
The gym is located to the right of parking lot.
