Annual physicals and permission forms.

1. Starting in the fall of 2007 student athletes are required to have an annual physical exam before they are allowed to participate in a sport.  One physical per year.  Physical forms are on the web-site.

2. Student athletes need only one permission form per year signed by a parent to participate in any sport/activity that is sponsored by the school.

3. Officially school sponsored sports are as follows:

      Fall

            Girl's volleyball   

            Boy's soccer

            Boy's cross-country

            Girl's cross-country

     Winter

            Boy's basketball

            Girl's basketball

            Cheerleading

     Spring

           Boy's baseball

           Girl's soccer

     Club sports that are not supported by the school

           Boy's lacrosse

           Co-ed golf

           In-line hockey
